The people's choice since it was first introduced it back in 2007, the Manchester continues to prove its staying power. Simple Ingredients - A clean toe, basic panels and classic vulcanized construction combined with the Lakai flare are all that's needed to create of skateboarding's most iconic shoes.”
"Para-Mount™ outsoles are our most advanced vulcanized outsoles to date, utilizing dual density rubber to absorb high impact and reduce fatigue. The blue internal rubber is softer for cushioning, and the tread rubber is a harder density for durability. The sole has a The Hex-Tread™ pattern that creates a 360 flex for increased board feel and each hex flexes independently from the others. This minimises pebbles from collecting in the sole unit and is reinforced in high ware areas on the shoe. The PARA-MOUNT sole has an internal crate designed to relieve stress on the foot, reinforced arch sections for support that offers protection and stability and a second layer heel cushioning zone to absorb high impacts.”
